**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Lotus People are delighted to be assisting in the recruit for a temporary Program Coordinator to join a rapidly growing integration team for a leading Australian Insurance organisation. The team consists of around 160 employees, and will see you closely working with a supportive group who are bubbly, hardworking and have a great relationship with each other. This role offers true flexibility, with only 1 day a week in the office

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This temporary position is to start ASAP, and will run for 6 months, with potential to extend. You will be supporting the Program Manager, and running with the creation and building of budgeting/forecasting spreadsheets to help mature the delivery process.

**DUTIES**
- Use your genius Excel skills to create and build out a forecast spreadsheet across multiple portfolios
- Build strong relationships with portfolio leaders to understand their teams and gather data correctly
- Identify needs of the team and create tracking processes accordingly
- Create weekly and monthly status reports in Excel
- Coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure that information is delivered correctly
- Communicate any changes/updates to the relevant teams
- Have a strong understanding of the budgeting process and continually develop according to needs of the business

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a Program Coordinator
- Advanced Excel user - across creating complex spreadsheets and building reporting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Well organised, process orientated with a positive approach
- Advantageous to have experience in JIRA

**SUMMARY**
Essentially to be successful in this role, you will need to be switched on and a real Excel genius, who loves working with numbers. You will have an agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast paced & growing team. This role will see you pulling together a sophisticated spreadsheet to monitor budgeting & forecasts and building relationships with the various portfolios as you go to be able to collate the most accurate and up to date information. You will be able to commit to a 6 month temporary role, and be triple vaccinated.
