About the organisation

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Information Management Officer, the Information Management Officer is a member of a team responsible for the implementation and support of organisation-wide information management aligned to EPA's strategic priorities.
This is an exciting role for an experienced information / records management professional who wants to extend their own professional experience, and contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria.
You'll have an important role in maintaining EPA's Information Asset Register, and also in administering the organisation's Information Protections Agreement with VicRoads.
About you
- You have a proven record of achievement in a similar role, and demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team.
- You have a comprehensive background in information and records management, preferably including relevant qualifications.
- Your stakeholder engagement skills ensure acceptance of your ideas across the business. Clear verbal and written communication assist end users seeking support and training.
- Your methodical approach to implementing procedure and your eye for detail helps you support users to comply with critical information access agreements.
