We currently have a unique opportunity for a professional and experienced Leader to take the next step in their career in the role of Trainee Operational Support Manager. In this role the successful applicant will be provided with extensive training in how to effectively manage the daily operations of a large club.

This is a busy, hands-on role that may see you working at any one of the Bankstown Sports venues in order to provide you with a full overview of the various roles an Operational Support Manager has within the business. In this role you will be responsible for setting performance standards for employees and maintaining our culture values. You will also liaise closely with Senior Management in the development of innovative strategies to ensure the continued success of the club.

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Demonstrated Supervisory/Managerial experience in food and beverage service and/or gaming operations
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to deal with a diverse business base with a strong customer focus
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and performance management of employees
- A willingness to undertake and successfully complete a traineeship in management
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain

Essential Criteria
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience in a hospitality environment (Club advantageous)

- RSA RCG Qualifications
