**The Role**
As an Office Manager your duties will include the:

- Managing the office services team and functions within the office
- Ensuring all services are delivered to clients in an efficient professional manner
- Work autonomously with 3 direct reports
- Assisting and managing the office relocation
- Support the implementation of initiatives to drive a positive and vibrant working environment that supports staff engagement and retention
- Managing an office of 72 staff
- **Salary: $110,000 including superannuation**:

- **Hours: Open to full-time or part-time applicants (4 days per week)**:

- **Location: Canberra CBD - full time in office is preferred**

**You**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- **Premises/facilities management experience is a must**:

- Experience within the legal industry is highly regarded but not necessary
- Experience with iManage is preferred but not necessary
- Experience in a management style position is preferred
- Open to Senior Legal Secretaries who are looking to move into an Office Manager role
