**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service while being informative about a range of health and beauty products and services. Other duties you will perform include:

- Point of sale operation and cash handling
- Participating in stock rotation, face up displays and expiry date management and merchandising activities
- Assist in accepting and handing out prescriptions
- Maintaining a clean and presentable store
- Assist with the preparation of displays for catalogue promotions
- Complete planograms and ensuring all price tickets are displayed correctly
- Informing customers on current sales and promotions in store
- Assisting customers with general queries
- Maintain awareness of customers at all times, providing service, and product knowledge as required; and answer the telephone politely and promptly.

**Experience, Skills & Attributes**:

- A warm and engaging approach to customer service
- You will have previous experience in a customer service role
- Availability for Wednesday and Saturday Shifts 10am-6pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
