We are seeking caring, enthusiastic and creative Leisure & Lifestyle Assistants to complement our multi-disciplinary team in providing excellent individual and small group therapy that enhances our Consumers’ quality of life at our Hunters Hill Campus.

Current opportunities exist for those seeking employment on a permanent full time and casual basis. As a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant you will adopt a holistic approach to develop, implement, and evaluate ‘best practice’ programs designed specifically for our Consumers.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Creativity with ability and knowledge of and understanding of effective engagement for groups and individuals
- Residential aged care experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in documentation
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs for groups and individual therapy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Previous experience in the delivery and effective implementation of leisure programs
- Creative and cognitive based skills to run effective and stimulating groups
- Life skills will be highly regarded
