ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service while being informative about a range of health and beauty products and services. Other duties you will perform include:

  • Point of sale operation and cash handling
  • Participating in stock rotation, face up displays and expiry date management and merchandising activities
  • Assist in accepting and handing out prescriptions
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable store
  • Assist with the preparation of displays for catalogue promotions
  • Complete planograms and ensuring all price tickets are displayed correctly
  • Informing customers on current sales and promotions in store
  • Assisting customers with general queries
  • Maintain awareness of customers at all times, providing service, and product knowledge as required; and answer the telephone politely and promptly.

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • A warm and engaging approach to customer service
  • You will have previous experience in a customer service role
  • Availability for Wednesday and Saturday Shifts 10am-6pm

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
