At Kind Care Disability Support, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable care. We strive to improve our clients quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. Kind Care Disability Support assists clients within the NDIS.

**Position Available: Support Worker (Casual/Fill-In)**
**Location**: Croydon and surrounding areas
**Hours**: Hours may vary week to week, we have clients in the Croydon and Mooroolbark area who need assistance

If you're passionate about providing quality support and are flexible with availability, we'd love to hear from you.

**Preferably have good availability throughout the week**

At Kind Care Disability Support, we started with a simple idea: to provide reliable and compassionate care to people within the NDIS. We are a small, non-registered provider aiming to provide personable approach to care.

About the Role
- Providing care to a diverse range of clients all across Melbourne.
- Flexibility on shifts including days, evenings, overnights and weekends.
- Excellent pay rates with a weekly pay.

Job tasks include:

- Personal care
- Assistance with transport and travel arrangements
- 24 hour care
- Household task assistance & meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication assistance
- Community and social participation
- Recreational activities
- Progress note writing

About You
- Passion for caring and assisting clients in their everyday living to lead more independent lives
- Great communication
- Flexibility with rosters
- Immediate start
- Positive attitude
- Must have experience

Essential Criteria
- Current Working with Children Check (or prepared to apply)
- National Police check (or prepared to apply)
- Current VIC drivers license with own vehicle
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or prepared to obtain)
- NDIS Screening Check
