**Responsibilities**

As a Service Manager at Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE, you will:

- Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate our service team to deliver top-notch customer service and efficient repairs.
- Ensure Efficiency: Streamline service operations to maximise productivity and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain our commitment to excellence by ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and handle inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the service department.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- ** Proven Service Management Experience: Demonstrated success in a service management role within the automotive industry.**:

- Automotive Knowledge: A deep understanding of Hyundai and Isuzu vehicles is a definite advantage but not essential.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
