**Drive real-world AI implementations at Haast**

We're surfing the biggest wave in enterprise tech, the AI revolution. As the regtech industry rockets toward a $50 billion future, we're proudly flying the Australian flag on the global stage.

As we continue to scale, we’re hiring an Implementation Strategist to lead AI rollouts and drive real impact with our enterprise clients worldwide.

**About Haast**

We’re not just talking about AI - we’re building one of the first enterprise-grade LLM implementations that delivers real, measurable value to compliance and legal teams today.

For the last 2 years, we’ve been transforming how organisations handle compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into a smooth, intelligent process. Our AI-powered platform helps legal, compliance, and marketing teams revolutionize their operations with up to 80% faster reviews and a 4x boost in productivity.

Think about it: Design has Canva. Projects have Trello. Now, Compliance has Haast.

**The Role**

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer success, strategy, and enterprise AI deployment. You’ll work directly with executives and teams at Australia’s top institutions, ensuring they unlock lasting value from Haast.

- Lead customer implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding to rollout.
- Partner with enterprise customers to map workflows, uncover pain points, and drive adoption.
- Manage senior stakeholders across legal, marketing, and compliance functions with confidence.
- Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers, finding pragmatic solutions.
- Translate unstructured, messy processes into structured playbooks for our AI.
- Feed customer insights into product and engineering to shape Haast’s roadmap.
- Build repeatable processes and best practices to scale implementations globally.

**What you'll bring**
- ** 2-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or similar)** with proven project and stakeholder management experience.
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and love solving complex problems.
- Have excellent executive presence - can build trust and credibility quickly at all levels.
- Can explain technical concepts simply and persuasively.
- Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and can run a customer implementation like clockwork.

**Why Haast**

- ** Meaningful Impact -**Work with some of Australia’s largest institutions on problems that really matter.

- ** Career runway** - grow with us as we go global
