**About the Role**

You will play a crucial role in managing our international agents - fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our network of AE and UP Group Education Agents and assisting with our Student Recruitment Objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Administration **- Act as the central point of contact for network-wide agent updates; manage agent inbox, respond to enquiries; Coordinate and distribute international agent contracts and certificates; ensure documentation is uploaded and correspondence tracked in the CRM system
- **Agent Management** - Ensure that agents provide high-quality performance; Coaching and training agents, monitoring operational outcomes, and refining processes within legal frameworks
- **Marketing,** **Promotion **and Communications **- **Develop annual content communication plan for agents ; Coordinate mail out of new information to the agent network and project manage key agent events.
- **Customer Service -** Deliver a high level of service and support to the agent network with constant liaison with admission, GTE and Sales Teams

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or general administration roles in a fast-paced environment. Experience in International Education industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent administration and project coordination skills
- Bachelor-level study or relevant qualifications and training (preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Medium to high experience in Microsoft Office and Excel Pivot Tables
- RTO Mesh database experience and MS Power BI understanding is preferred
- Experience with CRM systems for agent information, as well as managing, maintaining and reporting
