**About the role**

You will oversee the daily operations of Melbourne campuses and play a pivotal role in overseeing project initiatives for both nationwide and local operational projects. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will identify opportunities for process enhancements, support with implementation of procedures, execute successful project implementations, and foster improvements across multiple operational facets.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- **Project Management** - Lead project teams, ensuring successful execution, implementation, and achievement of objectives within set timelines & budget
- **Process Enhancement & Development** - Alongside the Head of Operations, identify opportunities for process improvements strategies, and implementing initiatives to optimise operational functions and efficiencies
- **Campus Operations and **Cross-Departmental Collaboration** - Ensure the seamless functioning of operations, including facilities management, Health & Safety, staff supervision
- **Campus **&** Student Information Administration** - Accountable for student information administrative functions, including records and transcripts ensuring accuracy and accessibility for students
- **Onboarding **&** Orientation****:

- Lead onboarding & orientation programme for new students

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5-year experience of project & operations management in a large, highly commercial fast-paced environment (such as hospitality/ retail)
- Exceptional people management, leadership, organisational, and planning skills
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively within a matrix environment
- Strong ambition and drive to make campus operations more efficient
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of Health and Safety
- Familiarity in student information systems & data protection regulations (preferred)
- Understanding in vocational education space (preferred but not essential)
