We are seeking talented, experienced **Assistant Manager to lead our team at Little Loaf Lunch Bar in South Fremantle.** Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? In this role, you will work with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant and take away venue in South Fremantle. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, creating an enjoyable experience for both our team and our valued customers. **This role is a full-time position, weekend availability required.** The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better, and our leaders are essential in making this happen. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Help recruit and train new staff Work with the management team to implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and dining experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the restaurant. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a "customer-first" mindset among the staff. **Requirements**: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organised to multitask effectively. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
