Little Loaf shop is a small but fierce bakery café offering freshly baked bread and other artisan bakery goods, along with a range of pre-made sandwiches, salads and meals together with a punchy short-order menu created by our talented Chefs. This store is one of 4 locations across Perth which includes North Street Store, Big Loaf Factory Bakery and Peoples Cafeteria. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better, and our people are essential in making this happen.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated full-time Assistant Manager to join our team who is available to work Saturday - Wednesday. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an already established team that are passionate about the food they serve to their local community. Reporting to the General Manager of our store, you will be responsible for leading the team that staff the shop and serve our customers. Our food business has been steadily gaining recognition in Perth and our brand is growing with 2 other locations opening this year. **What you will be doing?**
- Opening/closing the store
- Completing the daily checks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making coffee (we are very, very passionate about this caffeinated nectar)
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable

- Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality
- Excellent customer service
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills and a calm, cool head
- Good communication and a team-focused attitude
- Strong leadership qualities and a desire to see your team succeed
- Passion for good food and drinks.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Assistant manager: 1 year (required)
