In short, we’re a small but fast-growing business making a serious splash **About the role** This is a full-time on-site role for a Operations Manager based at our Tirtyl headquarters in Newstead, Brisbane, QLD. You'll be helping a team of 5-10 energetic warehousing staff who are great people. Career growth opportunities include international operations and supply-chain management. **You'll be responsible for**: **Continuous Improvement** - Optimising operational processes (i.e. pick/pack productivity, inventory accuracy, rostering, KPI cascades) **Warehouse Management** - Ensuring a safe, efficient and enjoyable workplace from where we send hundreds of orders each day - Helping expand our warehousing capability as we grow **Goods Outward Management** - Creating the most efficient pick/pack environment, ensuring we're staying up to date with the best fulfilment technology and systems - Ensuring the picking shelfs are full stocked each day - Moving cargo from our long-term warehouse to our short-term warehouse - Occasional order picking & packing during peak periods - Loading of Auspost trucks **Inventory Management** - Ensuring our inventory management and fulfilment software is fully optimised - Accurately tracking stock and knowing exactly where it's stored **Facilities Management** - Managing external waste collection and cleaning contractor **What we look for** - You're optimistic, energetic, reliable and flexible to change. - You enjoy problem-solving and are always searching to make things more efficient or effective. - You show a keen interest in our products and our purpose - You're ready to grow and scale operations rapidly **Perks of the role** - Great team - Growing business = more opportunities for career progression - Free parking - Great central location - Gym membership and 1 x group class per week - Market remuneration + performance bonus **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Free drinks - Gym membership Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Are you aware this is a full-time role? **Experience**: - Operations: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (required) - Forklift Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Ability to Commute: - Newstead, QLD (required) Work Location: In person
