Roles Available:
**Café Supervisor - Leadership Role**

You’ll lead daily operations, mentor our FOH team, and ensure smooth service delivery in line with our high standards. You’ll work closely with the Café Manager on training, rostering, food safety, stock control, and customer service excellence.

**What you bring**:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- A strong understanding of café operations and customer service
- Confidence in managing busy service periods and motivating a team
- A genuine passion for coffee, wellness, health, and community

**Café All-Rounders & Baristas - Front of House**

You’re the face of Refuel Café — brewing top-notch coffees, blending smoothies, and serving nutritious food with a smile. You’ll bring energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude to every shift.

**What you bring**:

- Prior café or hospitality experience (barista skills necessary)
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork
- A love for healthy food and living an active lifestyle

Availability
- Must be available across our trading hours: Monday-Sunday
- Flexible shifts available (perfect for early risers or weekend warriors)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
