**About the job**
We're super excited to be growing our Safety team This new Safety Advisor role is
to develop and foster a safety culture which is supported by an efficient, useful and up to date safety system.
This role's key accountabilities include; Rehabilitation Coordinator; develop and review primary procedures, develop and conduct training packages and toolbox talks; provide feedback and coaching to site supervisors and managers; conduct safety inductions for seasonal workforce, perform audits and inspections.

Queensland Cotton is a part of Olam Agri, a global leader in supply chain management of agricultural commodities. In December we celebrated our 100 year anniversary - that's a century of proudly supporting the ag industry here in Australia.
We operate in multiple products including cotton, cottonseed, chickpeas and mung beans, and our colleagues across 30 plus countries, handle dozens of other commodities too. We are looking to grow the business significantly in the coming years so you will be joining the team at an exciting time.

**What we seek**
To be successful, you will need minimum five years in a safety role in an industrial environment, preferably with onsite experience in a process manufacturing, logistics or farming environment.
