Quest Toowoomba is a 74 property located in Toowoomba CBD. The property opened in 2015 and attracts a primarily corporate customer base.
At Quest Toowoomba, we’re on the lookout for a new **Front Office Receptionist **to join its team on a casualbasis.Previous front office & reservation experience within the hospitality & travel industries is an advantage but not essential.
- The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:_
- A passion for providing friendly, personalised & exceptional customer service
- Advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience with front office booking systems (RMS highly regarded)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Enjoys working both autonomously and in a team environment
- A very high level of flexibility and a mature outlook
- Willingness to go above and beyond for hotel guests and colleagues alike
- The successful applicant must have very flexible availability and able to work weekdays, shifts from 7am, shifts till 10pm, weekends and public holidays._
Perfect role for front of house food & beverage supervisor with great customer service to get their foot in the door of an administration role.
- Whilst this is a casual position there are plenty of work hours available for the right person_
