**About the Location**

**About the Position**
The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist / Front Office Administrator is to assist the Community Manager and directly support the efficient operation of the community by performing check ins, office administration, secretarial and administrative support. This is a Part Time role (25 hours per week) working Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
- Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
- Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
**About You**
- Demonstrated administrative/reception experience
- Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team
- Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Must have Automatic Driver’s Licence
