**Job Title**:Receptionist - Beef City Plant**

**About the Role**:
JBS Australia is a customer focused, innovative and efficient meat based food processing and distribution Company committed to the highest quality assurance and food safety control measures.

Beef City is one of JBS sites located at Toowoomba / Darling Downs area. Our site is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team. The position is full time Monday to Friday, working on day shift (7:30 am to 3:30 pm).
- Provide internal staff with professional administrative support including taking accurate and properly detailed messages and word processing duties.
- Data entry and reporting.
- Collect and distribute daily mail.
- Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times.
- Manage internal and external Butcher Shop enquires.
- Paperwork control and data entry into relevant systems.
- General clerical duties including filing and answering telephones.
- Other duties as required/directed.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in data entry.
- Sound verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Intermediate computer literacy, ( particularly MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook ).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Highly developed time management skills including prioritising and multi-tasking.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
