You will work across a diverse range of projects to deliver social impact assessments incorporating qualitative and quantitative social research programs, undertake social performance audits and develop adaptive management and monitoring programs.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Assist in preparing reports and proposals that support the Communities and Social Performance team

- Collate and analyse quantitative and qualitative research
- Manage your own workflow and support senior staff to deliver medium to large-scale projects
- Explore opportunities to engage new clients by leveraging existing relationships

We highly value professional and personal development and encourage and support our people to pursue community and education pursuits that align with their practice.

**What we’ll love about you**

Ideally, you have 1-3 years’ experience as a consultant conducting socio-economic impact assessments or related research and are comfortable participating in community-research activities. Like us, you’re passionate about improving social outcomes for communities and always looking for new and innovative ways of working.

**You will also bring**:

- Education - Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Humanities, Human Geography, Planning, Environmental Planning or related social discipline
- Communication skills - You are adept at writing and producing reports that use accessible language and graphics to communicate complex information succinctly
- Strategic thinking - You can understand and analyse a diverse range of perspectives in a changing social and economic environment
- Interpersonal skills - We work across teams, regions, and cultures, so effective engagement with communities, stakeholders and clients is core to our work practice
- Technical knowledge - Familiarity with international, national and state-based guidelines and leading practice for preparing social, health and economic impact assessments will be highly regarded

**Inspired by Diversity, Driven by Inclusion.**

Discover a forward-thinking culture that incorporates some conventional yet non-negotiable qualities—like respect, integrity and trust. We welcome to the table all perspectives, strengths, skills, creeds and genders because we know that diverse ideas breed extraordinary results.
