Reporting to our Head Of Leadership, Talent and Performance you will help design, deliver and manage our new performance review cycle, including implementation into our HRIS. You will engage our people with the delivery of impactful performance and leadership activities and experiences that build meaningful careers, high performing teams and drive business results.

Day to day you will:

- Support the Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance to build governance in line with the strategy
- Support the design, development and delivery of our new Performance cycle and relevant embedding and capability activities
- Manage the implementation of performance into new HRIS (Workday)
- Actively co-design and consult with P&C Business partners and the business
- Coordinate and conduct analysis and measuring the effectiveness of our new Performance cycle
- Support high priority initiatives across leadership and talent, as appropriate.

What we would like to see on your resume:

- Demonstrated experience in a performance or OD role with technical competence in performance, leadership, capability or similar
- Experience in designing and delivering performance review cycle and related capability initiatives
- Experience in implementing a performance cycle into an HRIS (ideally workday) is ideal but not essential
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments/large enterprises
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient data and analytical skills (including Excel skills)
- Exposure to LMS management and design software (e.g. Articulate/Kineo)
- Tertiary qualified in HR Management, Organisational Development or a related field is ideal but not essential
