- 2 days in the office, Northern Beaches, Sydney
- $110,000 + Super

**The Role - Philanthropy Executive**
The organisation's Philanthropy program has enormous potential for impact.

Led by a supportive manager, you will be the driving force behind strengthening existing major donor relationships and increasing their high-value donations through tailored relationships with individual supporters.

With a warm donor pipeline a driven, go-getter will see impact quickly.

**You will**:

- Acquire new Major Donors / PAFs
- Cultivate existing donor relationships
- Build relations through phone calls, meetings, and events
- Work closely with the communications team to share their potential for impact
- Create engaging propositions and proposals
- Ensure accurate and updated use of the CRM system

**Your skills & attributes**
- Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with high net worth / philanthropic individuals
- Excellent written & verbal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated - experience working in a financially target-driven role
- Experience using CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and input accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in writing detailed, creative documents/proposals/pitches
- Team player - collaborative & approachable
- Entrepreneurial & proactive
- Passionate about Australia's native wildlife & furry friends
