**Your new company**
You will be joining one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in Australia, specialized in OTC and Generics medicines. They currently market and distribute over 200 generic products and OTC products under their pharmacy brands. To support its growth plan, our client is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Box Hill, Melbourne.
**Your new role**
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will join a growing sales team where you will be responsible for:
- Account management of existing client relationships, ensuring their supply needs are met.
- Resolving complaints/requirements in a timely manner.
- Increasing sales of existing accounts and meeting targets for new customers.
- Achieving the maximum number of outbound calls with existing customers. In addition to making outbound calls to new customers.
- Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales techniques.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales while ensuring that brand awareness meets company expectations
- You will be monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
- Maintain high and current level of product knowledge with both new and existing products.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have a minimum 1 years’ experience working in sales
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Suite (Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must display strong customer service skills
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in relationship building
