You'll be a part of our Information Technology team based in Melbourne, joining as a Technology Trainer. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, producing and delivering blended learning relevant to Allens hybrid work practices and their use of technology - Using a strong understanding of e-learning techniques to create and deliver e-learning - Staying current on digital tools/apps, technology and delivery methods used to train classroom and virtual classes in a corporate environment - Researching, preparing and regularly updating knowledge articles, training modules and videos to enhance the firms' knowledge base for self service capability - Scheduling and conducting seminars, workshop and individual training sessions - Supporting and mentoring new employees, including Summer/Winter Clerks and Graduates - Working to keep learning for our people vibrant, informative and interesting in order to engage employees and trainees - Collaborating within the IT Department and with system owners to identify company training needs - Technology project management and business analysis responsibilities for small technology deliverables This is a permanent, full-time opportunity however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working, part-time opportunities or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you. **About you** You will have: - Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in successful, client focused delivery of technical training in a corporate environment - Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Must have strong time management skills as well as be**ing** an effective multi-tasker - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demanding time schedule - Experience in effectively delivering technical change to enable business as usual system changes and project success - Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure training problems or blockers are resolved - You will need a "can-do" attitude and be passionate about technology and helping people **Your development** In joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
