**The role**:
We are seeking to appoint a service-focused and experienced Technology Trainer to join Thomson Geer on a full-time basis. This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and will include:

- Providing instructor led classroom training to groups and individuals;
- Assisting staff both by phone and in person;
- Supporting and advising our staff, including problem solving assistance; across a range of identified areas.
- New processes and systems implementation and training
- Writing and implementing training manuals for the firm
- Review and document enquiries and solutions for inclusion in Frequently Asked Questions
- Provide timely resolution and responsiveness

An understanding of the professional services industry, legal terminology and legislative requirements is important, but not mandatory.
