Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Business Central).
- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences, from functional users to technical teams.
- Provide guidance on certification pathways and exam preparation.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 (preferred).
