**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Operations Coordinatorto lead and manage our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality cloud-based solutions and managed services. This role requires a hands-on professional who can oversee operations, mentor the team, and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary 24/7/365 team, supporting AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Ensure effective delivery of managed services, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
- Oversee incident management, request handling, and change processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for problem management to enhance service stability and reduce recurring issues.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud architectures based on client requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and system logs to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Drive team development through mentoring, performance reviews, and professional growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft proposals showcasing the value of DNX’s services.
- Ensure the smooth operation of services post-migration, providing technical support and addressing concerns promptly.

**Key Requirements**:

- A relevant bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in cloud operations, IT consulting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments, with hands-on experience in architecture design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Experience with process improvement and cost optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
