The Opportunity

Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing is a key priority of the Dexus People Strategy and underpins how we create value for our people, our assets and the investments we manage. As a result, we’re seeking a curious, collaborative, and pragmatic Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join the team. You will bring our roadmap to life, by implementing and embedding inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing strategies that ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

You will make an impact by:

- Leading Strategy & Implementation: Drive the delivery of Dexus’ Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing strategies, embedding inclusive practices across the employee experience.
- Driving Behaviour Change: Foster a high-performing culture that unlocks potential for our people, assets, and investments.
- Empowering Culture & Capability: Build awareness and capability to foster behavioural change and a culture of safety, care, and inclusion.
- Collaborating & Influencing: Partner with internal teams and external groups to align initiatives with broader social responsibility goals and how we work at Dexus.
- Measuring Impact: Input to reporting, compliance, and policy for D&I and wellbeing, using data to track progress and inform continuous improvement.

About You

You are an inspiring, purpose driven and strategic Diversity & Inclusion Manager, with the confidence and experience to truly own D&I outcomes. People focused and pragmatic in your approach, you bring the ability to embed inclusive behaviours that improve wellbeing, engagement and performance. You will bring:

- Extensive Experience: At least 5 years in roles focused on diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing, or organisational development, with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives that drive meaningful change.
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to embed DE&I and wellbeing practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Leadership & Change Management: Strong capability in managing workforce change, leading projects, and fostering behavioural shifts aligned with organisational values.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analysing data, measuring program effectiveness, and reporting outcomes to executive leadership and boards.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of wellbeing frameworks, psychosocial risk management, and DE&I principles, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with empathy, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: A collaborative mindset and natural ability to build rapport, influence outcomes, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Inclusive Leadership: A commitment to fostering psychologically safe teams and inclusive environments where all employees can thrive.
