About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate and provide efficient, effective high level administrative support and complaints management support to the Consumer Feedback and Experience Manager for The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you
- Assist the Consumer Feedback and Experience Manager with the processing of consumer feedback (compliments, comments & complaints).
- Investigation of complaints including the collection, analysis and documentation of evidence and the preparation of investigation reports, proposed findings and implementation of identified recommendations in consultation with the Consumer Feedback and Experience Manager.
- Effectively use conflict resolution to appropriately manage feedback and expectations.
- Maintain up to date data entry of all incoming consumer feedback correspondence.
- Identify and escalate moderate to extreme issues to the Consumer Feedback and Experience Manager as required.
