**Role Overview**:The Card Game Community & Events Coordinator will be the face of our card game business. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing national-level tournaments, organizing engaging conventions, and developing creative initiatives to attract new players and enhance our community. You will also collaborate with retail partners to understand their needs and identify ways to support and grow our presence in stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Execution**:

- Organize and manage national tournaments and conventions, ensuring smooth operations and memorable experiences for participants.
- Coordinate logistics, personnel, and on-site support for large-scale events.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Develop and implement innovative promotional initiatives to attract new players and energize our existing community.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players.
- **Retail Partnership Management**:

- Liaise with card game stores to assess their needs, provide support, and develop joint promotional strategies.
- Gather feedback from retail partners and players to continuously improve our initiatives and offerings.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for special events and partnerships that align with our brand values and growth objectives.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to network and build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and community building.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to travel nationally for events and meetings as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
