**Casual or Part-Time Position**

Are you a customer-focused, energetic all-rounder who can make a great coffee and keep things moving during busy lunch rushes? We're on the lookout for a vibrant and dependable **Barista/FOH All-Rounder** to join our growing cafe-style lunch bar located in the heart of **Metroplex, Murarrie**.

**About the Role**

You’ll be the first friendly face our customers see. You’ll handle coffee orders, customer service, food display, and general front-of-house duties. We’re all about **good vibes, fast service, and quality coffee and food**. No nights, no weekends, just a solid weekday crew

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and hot/cold beverages
- Greet and serve customers with a smile
- Take and process orders at the register (POS) and other platforms
- Help with food service (e.g. toasties, wraps, grab-and-go)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the FOH and self-serve areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and the operations manager

**You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have**:

- At least 6 months barista experience in a fast-paced café or takeaway venue
- Confident coffee-making skills (dialing in, milk texturing, speed under pressure)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and keep your cool during busy periods
- Available to work within the operation hours - **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM**:

- A Food Safety Certificate (preferred, not required)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 28 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
