**We are on the lookout for an Event Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events.**

From the buzz of coffee carts to the pop of popcorn machines, our team delivers events across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, making every event an affair to remember.

**About the Role**:
You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver and set up at our events
- Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out
- Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly
- Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair
- Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
- Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate
- Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success

**Work Schedule**:

- Event-centric, with occasional weekend commitments
- Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting.

**You Bring to the Table**:

- A passion for events
- Proven experience in catering or events coordination - you know your way around a run sheet like a chef knows their recipes
- Exceptional communication skills
- A logístical mindset - you see the matrix in the movement of goods and services
- A penchant for organisation - you're all about the details, even the ones smaller than popcorn kernels
- An ability to lead, support, and inspire those around you - teamwork is your secret sauce
- Flexibility and creativity - you're ready to think outside the box (and cart) to tackle any challenges head-on
