About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced hands-on Support Services Team Leader. Leading a busy team of back-of-house consultants, providing customer and stakeholder support. A key part of this role will ensure order accuracy, a positive customer experience and reducing the manual handling of orders and order errors.
Other responsibilities- Accountable for the daily management of order entry, error reports, digital support team and assets team.- Oversee the day to day delivery of the BPO team- Deliver an industry-leading customer experience across all customer channels and mediums by quality assessments of the team, feedback and coaching sessions- Onboarding of new customers to various ordering platforms- Proactively update Knowledge Management to keep the team abreast of current events and process improvement/changes.
About you- Solid experience leading an admin/customer service team in a large complex environment- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills to ensure the team are continuously inspired and motivated- Must have experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.- Someone who loves to solve problems. They have a sense of urgency, can work under pressure while remaining calm and composed.- Ability to work one Saturday a quarter - Time in Lieu
