What to expect?

This is a fulltime permanent opportunity, that includes a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on continued growth and development. As a valued member of our future leader's program, you will embrace a fast-paced environment undertaking challenging and meaningful projects that align with our strategic plan. You will be supported by our expert leaders in a caring and collaborative environment, ensuring you have the tools and training to achieve set goals. You will also have the guidance of a dedicated ‘buddy’ to ensure you take advantage of every opportunity and make the most of the program.

As the Sales Graduate you will:
- Learn the needs of a wide range of customers across leading supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, quick service restaurants, leisure and workplace outlets- Attend and contribute to customer meetings, quarterly update and range reviews- Deep dive into our market leading portfolio of iconic Australian brands such as Vegemite, Simply Nuts, Dairy Farmers, Dare, Yoplait, Farmers Union, Big M, Daily Juice, Zooper Dooper and more- Gain an understanding of end-to-end product knowledge from conception to completion- Lay the foundations for a exciting career in sales- Based at our Head Office in Docklands along with site exposure to build knowledge
