**About the Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all salary payroll functions to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and transparency of all payroll and employee related information.

Located at our Parramatta office this role will work collaboratively delivering exact payments to our employees and lead a small team of payroll professionals.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end delivery of salary payroll, including the preparation and processing of payment and maintenance of all related records.
- Meet all payroll deadlines and ensure pays are disbursed in a timely and accurate manner by pay cycle.
- Manage staff queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolved within agreed service level timeframes.
- Diligent management and tracking of OEMS open tasks on daily basis.
- Responsible for time and payroll data integrity audits ensuring conducted each payroll cycle and prior to EFT finalisation.
- Effective and timely management of recovery of overpayments for active and terminated employees, ensuring phone calls and communications are made upon identification of overpaid amounts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal legislation and requirements, payroll industry best practice, EBAs and employee contracts.

**About you**:

- Well developed knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills with focus on the employee as the customer.
- Flexible attitude to working hours to meet payroll deadlines and demand.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
