**Payroll Officer - NFP - Olympic Park**

**Company Background**

Our client is a well-known not-for-profit membership organisation that coordinates its members across NSW. A community-focused group that provides training and lifestyle support for members of all ages. This organisation is more than 120 years old and has a rich history of facilitating outdoor activities to its members across the world.

They are currently looking for a talented Payroll Officer to take full ownership of the payroll function and provide additional support to their finance and HR team.

**The Role**

Your duties as the Payroll Officer will include but are not limited to:

- 3 days of the week this role will be focused on processing payroll for 50 staff on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare Super, PAYG, and Payroll tax calculations
- Termination and onboarding of new staff
- Assisting with additional general accounting duties

**Your Background**

To be considered for this Payroll Officer position you will ideally meet most of the following criteria:

- At least 2-3 years of experience processing payroll
- MicroPay experience is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
