**Human Resources Manager**
Salesian College Chadstone is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team. In this key role, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to support the College’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to staff development, employee relations, and industrial relations. Your work will be essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture and contributing to the creation of a dynamic, joy-filled Catholic learning environment.
