**Victoria's Secret** at Chadstone is looking for **Operations and staffing lead.**
The operations and staffing lead is a person who is responsible for managing a company’s human and mechanical resources, assisting in the execution of administrative tasks (roster, recruitment, onboarding) required to operate and staff the store to enable the Sales Leadership Team to distort time to the sales floor.

**About the role.**
**People support**:
- Create the weekly schedule in partners with store manager.
- Support payroll is managed daily by punch guarding and executing flex worksheet.
*Communicates scheduling (roster)
*Support the store manager with hiring and training new employees.
**Administration**:
** **Reviews and tracks cash audits including deposit logs and slip.
- Constantly support to monitor and report progress, problems and solutions to the leadership.
- Enforce standard policies and procedures.
**Customer Service**:
- Delivering of customer service by supervising customer related activities of staff and ensuring that customers are treated in a professional manner.
**About you**:
** **Ideally you'll have previous retail or relevant hospitality experience.
- People-person.
- Seeks out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; leads own learning.
** **Computer literacy
- Be fast-paced, hard-working, customer-focused and highly adaptable. You'll be immaculately groomed, a clear communicator.
