**What You’ll Do**:
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for government clients, responsible for:
**Client Engagement**: Build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving needs.

**Primary Contact**: Be the go-to expert for client inquiries, resolving issues with speed and professionalism.

**Team Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on Entity requirements and project goals.

**Performance & Reporting**: Monitor account performance and provide insightful monthly reports.

**Strategic Reviews**: Conduct regular entity reviews to uncover new opportunities and enhance client value.

**Growth & Strategy**: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives.

**Documentation & Budgeting**: Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Culture Champion**: Model Cushman & Wakefield’s values and hold teams accountable to high standards.

**What You Bring**:
We’re looking for a confident leader with:

- Australian Citizenship and Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, ideally in the Government sector
- Proven success leading large teams and managing complex projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering results
