As a Business Administrator, you will manage discrete work packages to provide essential administrative support to the Group, Teams, and Senior Team Coordinator. You will handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain key systems, ensuring smooth team operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting project and commercial activities with precision and professionalism. This role offers a hybrid working model, with a minimum of **three days per week based** in our Sydney office.

**The Opportunity**
- Arrange travel, meetings, team events, and workshops, managing logistics and documentation
- Support corporate credit card purchases, staff onboarding/offboarding, and timesheet coordination
- Maintain and update distribution lists, Team SharePoint sites, calendars, and business card orders
- Assist with client invoice generation, debt collection, supplier invoice submissions, and project setup
- Produce and format documents adhering to corporate templates and style guidelines

**Is this role right for you?**

- Relevant administration experience within consulting, engineering, or built environment sectors
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical, process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Arup systems, including Templafy
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt, and share knowledge within a fast-paced environment
