**Who we’re looking for**:
As a Foreman, you will use your exceptional leadership and communication skills to build relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

- Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
