We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to join a well-established **Construction Company** that takes pride in delivering top-tier landscaping services. Our company values its **culture and people**, ensuring a great work environment for all.

**About the Role** As a **Site Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing the **day-to-day site operations and safety supervision** of landscaping projects, reporting directly to the **Project Manager**.

You will lead a **site-based team** of employees and subcontractors, ensuring project specifications are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating project logistics efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all work complies with **environmental, industrial relations, occupational health & safety, and quality standards**:

- Clearly liaise with **clients and consultants**:

- Assist the **Project Manager** with **site cost management** and identify **cost reduction opportunities**:

- Maintain a **daily site manager's diary**:

- Provide **strong leadership** to the site team
- Manage **short
- and long-term project scheduling**

**About You** To be successful in this role, you will have:
A **stable career history** within the **construction industry**
**Site Supervision or Foreman experience** with landscaping experience (highly advantageous)
Strong **time management** skills and the ability to **meet deadlines**
A **well-organized** and **motivated** work ethic
A **high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism**
