**About the role**

Reporting to the Practice Manager, this casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist role offers a unique opportunity to join the friendly and dedicated team at S H Tracy'. Located in the heart of Sydney, this role combines administrative and dental assisting to ensure the smooth operation of this modern dental practice.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, and providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling appointments, managing the appointment diary, and maintaining patient records
- Assisting dentists chairside with clinical procedures, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment, pouring of models and making retainers. all that concerns.
- Processing payments and maintaining inventory.
- Supporting the Practice Manager with general administrative tasks as required
- This will be a 4 day working week Monday to Thursday, 1 hour lunch.
- Note: This position will start early next year on 13/01/2025

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. If you also have Orthodontic experience would be a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable and can work un-supervised with a bubbly personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using practice management software
- A caring, friendly, and professional demeanor who can listen to instructions.
- Those who have just finished there DA course are strongly encouraged to apply
