'Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD, and Volvo Truck Specialist Dealership'. With 8 branches operating successfully statewide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.'

**About the Role**

This key role will see you responsible for:

- End of month reporting and reconciliations
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Reconciliation of clearing accounts on a regular basis
- Assisting with the Accounts Payable & Receivable function
- Assisting with FBT queries
- Assist the Financial Controller with accounting duties as required
- Reviewing and processing stock adjustments
- Reconciliation of company credit cards and company fuel cards
- Assisting with the management of the company travel bookings portal
- Managing the fixed asset register and processing of monthly depreciation charges

**The Successful Applicant**

To be considered for this role you will need to be a strong team player who is able to work effectively within a team and autonomously, with the ability to adapt to a flexible working environment. The successful applicant will also possess:

- Previous experience in similar all round accounting position
- Working knowledge of MYOB Advanced would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & Office products
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines
- Strong organisational ability to manage workflow in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
