**The Role**

Supporting the Operations Administration department, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed (stored, and/or despatched) according to customer specifications. This entails creating and managing the appropriate documentation concerning the orders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding the progress of the orders, and ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our internal systems.

**Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to**:

- Freight checking on consignment notes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured by the processing team
- Processing invoices for distribution on a weekly basis
- Clearing outstanding issues on customer accounts on the ERP system
- Attending to customer invoicing queries
- Filing of freight documents
- Any other duties as assigned by the team leader

**To be considered for the role, it is essential you have**:

- A minimum 2-years administration experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced and evolving working environment
- The drive and passion to achieve personal and company goals
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and systems
- Experience in handling high volume of transactions
- Previous experience of working on ERP systems will be an added advantage
