Accounts Payable

**The Opportunity**:
Sands Fridge Lines are seeking an experienced accounts officer to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis and take responsibility for invoice processing in a fast paced operational environment.

You will be responsible for the correct charging of customer accounts and completing account reconciliations.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure all revenue is captured correctly
- Ensure all client requirements are met when submitting invoices

**Qualifications & experience**
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior invoicing experience
- Highly organised and reliable
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage your own time to meet deadlines

**About You**:

- A minimum 2-years but preferably longer proven accounts experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- High level organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and use of a range of computer ERP systems.
- Experience in handling high volume of transactions.
