This is an exciting opportunity to join the administration team in Wyong Emergency Department. This is a permanent part time night shift position 23:00-07:30 rotating Monday to Sunday. Play a pivotal role in driving the success of our department. In this key position, you’ll provide high-level administrative support while enhancing public and customer relations—ensuring we meet and exceed our objectives.
**Your Role**:
- **Comprehensive Administrative Support**: Be the backbone of our operations by managing a broad range of administrative functions, contributing to the success of the department.
- **Customer Relations Excellence**: Deliver outstanding public service, handling inquiries and providing vital information with a professional touch.
- **Drive Department Outcomes**: Your work will directly contribute to achieving the goals and outcomes of the department.
- **Streamline Operations**: Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems that align with organizational standards and enhance team productivity.

**About You**
- You are available to work 23:00 - 07:30 am on a 7 day a week rotating roster. You will work 2 Saturday nights per month
- You can exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.
