Working closely with the Finance, Information Services and Support, and Employee Engagement teams, we have an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator. This position will be offered as a part-time 12-month fixed term role. The Payroll Administrator reports to the Payroll Officer and has a close working relationship with a range of stakeholders, internal and external to the School.

**About the role**:
Key responsibilities of this position include:

- Processing monthly and fortnightly timesheet and payroll data
- Setting up new employees in the system in accordance with contracts of employment.
- Updating and maintaining employee data in the payroll system, i.e., personal details, taxation, superannuation, bank account numbers, etc.

**About you**:
Applicants must possess:

- Payroll processing experience (experience with Frontier/iChris/HR21 would be an advantage but is not essential)
- Knowledge of payroll legislation requirements and award interpretation
- Working with Children Check (VIC Employment)
- Current National Police Check
