**Account Partner - Brisbane Office - Max term contract**
This is a great opportunity for an Account partner who strives to demonstrate excellence in customer service and be a support for our real estate clients and sales teams, aiming to maximize the value through increased engagement and adoption across various product channels, including digital, print, and technology. As part of this commitment, you should effectively manage existing revenue from our direct client base, aligning our efforts with Domain Group's priorities and a customer-centric approach. With a high level of activity, you should possess the agility to be both proactive and reactive, ensuring that you understand our client's needs and provide recommendations for the best solutions. Moreover, you will act as the voice of our customers, actively providing feedback to influence functions such as Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Commercial Operations.
**Who are you?**
- Continually connect and meet with clients and industry partners to ensure Domain solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market.
- Act as an advocate for customers, providing feedback, influencing product roadmaps and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs.
- Be accountable for sales to designated Domain customer group or portfolio and achievement of sales goals.
- Drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:
- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth.
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation.
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions.
- Successfully defining customer needs, delivering Domain solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns.
- Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation
- Attend and or present in key team sales meetings, roadshows or industry/client events.
